Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

Only items purchased on www.chiffonbeaute.com may be accepted for a return.

To be eligible for return, Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging.

Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.

Please allow time for the returned item to be delivered to us, for our team to inspect and process the return

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If product approved for return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that refunds cannot be processed to expired credit cards, you will need to inform us before we process the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. CHIFFON BEAUTE` will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please contact us immediately, if you receive an item that is broken, damaged or receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note; you may contact customer service within 14 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 14 days. Please email a photo of the damage along with your claim to support@chiffonbeaute.com.
Credits will be issued after we receive, inspect and process your return. Please allow time for the returned item to be delivered to us, for us to inspect and process the return, and for the credit card issuer to credit your account. Your credit card company determines when the credit will be reflected in your statement. It may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.

REVIEW OF TERMS
These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.
Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Upon receipt of your email, we will email you a return authorization number and inform you where to send the product.
Please note, shipping costs are only covered if there is a problem with your order.
